Dreams Vista Cancun Golf & Spa Resort

Means hospital has a great experience. We really enjoyed how everything was easy to get to since the hotel is set up in a very organized manner. The pool was cleaned daily, surfers around the pool came around often, and we were able to get a pool chair everyday. The core zone was really good for our kids. And the explore club staff did a great job. All the restaurants had good food. We just need to make sure to make a reservation with the Hyatt app, because they would get very busy around 7:00 pm. Rooms were cleaned well everyday and it gave us lots of towels so we never ran out. We enjoyed the activities Zeus put on and our kids enjoyed the Wave Rider and the splash park. It was fun to play volleyball on the days when it was not too windy. It's too bad you can't order nice weather when you book a hotel lol. The only downside of the trip, why we didn't give it five stars, just because the beach has rough sand. (Sargasm wasn't an issue, They have a net around the swimming area that catches a lot of the sargasm and the workers rake the beach every morning.)

Highly recommend. It's a kids friendly resort but we were a couple and still loved it. Everything from the food, the service and the cleanliness was top notch. We had an issue with the weather being too windy, our door wasn't sealed well. We didn't sleep well the first night but they fixed the issue on priority and also followed up a couple of times to ensure it was fixed. Being vegetarians, we had plenty of food options and each one of their restaurants are very good. Coco cafe was our favorite!

As I sit here trying to soak up the last bit of sun and warmth before returning to cold Canada, I am reflecting on our 7 day stay. Excellent resort! I cant say enough about the entire Dreams Vista team. Special shout out to Mario Camara at the Blue Water Grill ( roof top) and our room maid Aristela for keeping us clean and tidy. Amazing food at all of the resort resturants and plenty of great drinks. Everyone makes you feel so welcome and that bit of extra special. Cant wait to come back .

We had an amazing stay at Dreams Vista Cancun, and the service truly made the trip exceptional. Benjamin, our pool concierge, was incredible—he took care of everything and made our pool days completely stress-free. All of the pool servers were great, but Brian stood out as the best with his consistently attentive and friendly service. Cesar at the poolside grill went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. His attention to detail and genuine care really elevated our experience. The staff across the resort made us feel well taken care of from start to finish. Because of the outstanding service, we will absolutely be coming back. Highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a top-notch vacation experience.

We had a great family trip here! We booked a family suite for five people and the rooms were a great size, very comfortable, and the bathroom showers were awesome. The food was great overall. The only downside was using the app to book restaurant reservations, it was very annoying and honestly didn’t work well. The kids loved the pool. There’s only one, but it’s huge, and it was easy to find a place to sit throughout the day. The beach area was on the smaller side but still very nice. We chose this resort specifically for elderly family members with limited mobility. Unfortunately, they were sick missed the trip, but this resort would have been perfect for them. Everything was easy to get to, didn’t require a lot of walking, and stairs were avoidable. The coffee cafe was everyone’s favorite spot (great coffee and snacks). The kids didn’t enjoy the kids’ room much, but the teen area had some fun game options. The spa was awesome, and the workout room was decent. Overall, it was a great trip. Excellent service, and the staff seemed genuinely happy to be there and were always very helpful. Would definitely recommend for families and guests with mobility concerns, or those wanting a quieter but still kid friendly option.

Just returned from a week stay with the family. Smaller property with a small beach area. Tried the buffet on Saturday night when we arrived and all I can say is it was absolutely disgusting. I've seriously had better food at Cuban resorts than the slop at the buffet. The a la carts were much better. Room service was ok, slow and often missing parts of the order but of acceptable quality. Staff for the most part was very friendly and helpful. 1st floor pool was unheated but temperature wasn't all that bad for us, although some other guests were complaining. I liked the fact that music wasn't blasting like at some resorts so you could actually relax and have a conversation. The mangrove swamp next door does smell at times but that's just part of nature I guess. Noseeums were annoying outside during afternoons sometimes and worse at night, but not horrible. If you're not a pool person or into hotel activities there's really not much to do here, personally I prefer a larger resort with walking paths but that's just me. My family overall enjoyed the stay and would consider returning at some point.

This resort is very clean, has great service and amazing food! Some of the downsides are the cold pool and a small beach but they are not deterrents at all. The shows and entertainment are good and it’s a small enough resort that it feels cozy. The cafe has amazing coffee and matcha lattes and the buffet has a great selection.

Great Friends’ Getaway — Amazing Staff & Activities We recently spent a week at Dreams Vista Cancun Golf & Spa Resort with a group of friends, and overall we were very impressed with the experience. The quality of the food and drinks was excellent throughout our stay. There was a great variety of restaurants, so we never got bored and always had something new to try. Big thumbs up on the dining experience A special shoutout to Rubi — she truly made our trip memorable. From day one, she looked after us and kept our group fully engaged with activities like pickleball, beach volleyball, and surfing. She built a fantastic rapport with us and kept the energy high the entire week. Staff like her make a real difference — highly appreciated! ⭐ Our room was clean and well maintained, and housekeeping did a great job with daily cleaning, which was impressive. However, one downside was that we had paid for a sea-facing room but were given only a partial sea view, which was a bit disappointing. For activities: Pickleball court available (rackets and balls can be borrowed free — great touch) Surfing is good for beginners and fun to try Nice kids’ pool area with water activities for families Golf is available but comes at an additional cost and is quite expensive Overall: A very enjoyable stay with great food, strong entertainment, and excellent staff — especially Rubi. Fix the room view allocation and golf pricing, and this place would easily be 5 stars. Would definitely recommend for friends’ getaways and active holidays.
